By visiting you at home, a GreyGreen designer can get a real feel for what you want from your new kitchen. They will listen to your ideas, suggest a few of their own, find out what does and doesn’t work for you, what your cooking needs and style are and gather all the information they need to help you create the perfect kitchen to fit into your family’s life.
They will not present a design for you on that first visit. They will bring with them some samples of our ranges and worktops, etc, so you can get a feel for the quality yourself, and help you choose just the right appliances and finishing touches.
They will book a second visit to present the design, provisional costings, which will include options, and will bring more specific samples for your approval.
They will work until you are happy with the design, appliances, finishes and costings.

Your designer will then give you a written quote for the whole job, including full installation, so you know exactly where you stand on the money front.

Once you’re 100% happy with your kitchen plan, we’ll arrange a full technical survey. Our surveyor will come along and double-check all measurements assess things like pipes, plumbing and electrics and generally make sure there are no visible problems with your existing kitchen. In short, they’ll do everything possible to make sure that, when we get to the installation stage, there are no nasty surprises lurking that could mean you end up spending time living in a building site.
At an agreed time, we’ll deliver your new kitchen and then totally dismantle, remove and dispose of your old one. The only thing you need to do is empty your cupboards and units and we’ll take care of absolutely everything else.
Your new kitchen will then be fitted by fully trained installers, who have vast experience of our kitchens and are experts at keeping disruption to a minimum. They’ll respect your home, get the job done as efficiently as possible and can usually install a kitchen from start to finish from one to three weeks depending on if you have stone worktops, glass splashbacks, etc

Once your stunning new kitchen is complete, we want to make sure that you’re totally happy with the results. That’s why we provide a free, comprehensive after-sales service, so in the unlikely event that you do have a problem, you know who to turn to for help.
